Overall it was good, but the flight was long and crews on such long flights in my experience generally get more involved. They make more rounds with water and snacks and check on wellbeing of passengers. It was not an overnight flight, so the ‘night’ atmosphere in the cabin was not called for

Overnight flight in the old style Business class, but still very good.

This aircraft is not up to standard - old Airbus with terrible chairs and entertainment system for business class!

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

A good airline, but at checking in, they allocated seats for my wife, and I far away from each other, and to change them, they wanted a payment, such a bad policy, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth All was good on the plane, good food, but the air hostess was abrupt and a bit rough dealing with the passengers, but one has to find excuses for staff working under pressure

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

The connection at Frankfurt was chaotic and nearly missed the flight to Atlanta. They made was wait for busses to transfer and it took ages

The smoothest boarding, courteous and experienced attendants, comfort and food/drinks I have ever experienced flying Economy on any airline! It made a 12 hour flight no burden at all - Thankyou Lufthansa!

The business class seat is the same as economy with 2 people instead of 3. That's not how it should be.

Never flown with LH before so all in all wasba good experience. Also good to know that approx 24hrs prior the flight opens up for being able to organise the seating free.

My flight was canceled. New flight is 40 hours later and I still didn’t get the flight from Frankfurt to Zagreb.

It was a good flight. The boarding was smooth and timely managed. They offered in advance to dispatch cabin luggage at no cost. I suggest to add a snack and basic drinks. There was only water provided in the cost of the ticket.

Food could be better quality - everything else was excellent , thanks Lufthansa team . GOD bless you!!!

"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."

We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen

No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport

Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.

No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable

I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.

The on board air steward really made the journey. He was very entertaining

The trip itself was good. I have given only good as rating, because my first flight has been cancelled by a different airline and that caused disruption in my trip. I spent over ten hours in Luton airport and that caused me high tiredness, sickness, because of the very early initial trip. easyJet staff has been professional and friendly.

Very pleasant crew, working hard on a full plane. Delay by a broken seat. However crew made back 60% of the delay.

EverEverything was actually great. Except one of the male flight attendants had the worst BO and needed to shower and wear deodorant. It was horrible.

Cancelled last minute, I had to travel 13 hours by train at night

Cardiff is a great airport but they pen you in at a gate way too small for passenger numbers. Called to the gate too soon and air conditioning was not in operation despite the heat. Cardiff should do better as a small relatively quiet regional airport.

This was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had with Ryanair. The flight boarded on time in Dublin, departed on time, and arrived on time in Split, even though the flight was full. The aircraft was clean, and all members of the cabin crew were both friendly and efficient. Even our fellow passengers were well behaved! So top marks to all concerned!

I got denied boarding bevause they said they "ran out of seats on a plane"

Due to long security check and no last call announcements from Gate staff, my family and 12 other passengers missed the flight.

Flight with Ryanair more than 1,5 hours are awful... No space between seats, absolutely uncomfortable stay.

Late again rude staff at gate bullying passengers made us stand in the cold 3degrees for 40 mins before they let us board

The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.

The flight boarded and departed Venice on time (more or less), the cabin crew were super friendly and efficient, the flight crew kept us informed of progress, and the flight arrived early in Dublin. All in all, this flight was as close to perfect as is possible to achieve. Well done, Ryanair. The fact that Ryanair aircraft arrive and depart from gates that are in the back of beyond in Dublin's Terminal 1 is a bummer - in terms of the length of the walk need on both ends of a return flight. But I suspect that this is not Ryanair's fault
